We conducted a comprehensive overhaul of the dashboard, focusing on enhancing the readability and manageability of critical statistics. The revamped merchant dashboard now empowers merchants with greater control, allowing them to easily filter transaction and revenue data over various timeframes, including days, months, and years.
Also, merchants can gain insights into their overall paid settlements, unpaid settlements, and identify their top-performing customers.
Are you looking for a particular transaction? Now, merchants have the capability to search for transactions using a variety of criteria such as Reference, Amount, Customer, Channel, Transaction Status, Email address, and Date. What sets this feature apart is that you can effortlessly download your documents in both PDF and CSV formats.
We tailored the transaction experience to provide merchants with a comprehensive view of their transactions, allowing them to delve into finer details and report chargebacks as needed. Furthermore, merchants can access information about the specific products a customer purchased, track the history of payments including ongoing ones, and review essential shipping details
The new portal has a function that allows merchants to view a list of all of their customers and gain deeper insights into their personal information, including the number of transactions, status, the goods purchased, shipping address, and many other facts.
Customers can also be blacklisted if cases of fraud is suspected
Money settlement holds substantial importance for Payfi, and as a result, our new web app now provides comprehensive information on Merchant settlements. This encompasses data such as Total Settlements, Total Charges, the aggregate settled amount, commission details, settlement status, and a host of other pertinent information.
The new webapp was also redesigned to communicate how merchant could manage activities or make changes to items on their Payfi account.
Business Profile
Merchants can add logos, edit their profile and social media details to suit their brand and exposure.
Team Members
Merchants can add members to their team, and specify roles for which they’d be allowed to operate.
Preferences
Merchants can also set their accounts to give notifications, request for added security ( 2FA Authentication) and lastly, enable collection methods such as payment links
As a valued member of the product design team, I not only led the effort to design the new merchant web app but also took charge of ensuring its mobile responsiveness. I played a crucial role in implementing the components into the high-fidelity design while also ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience across various mobile devices.
